If so, join us for biggest and best fly-fishing film event of its kind: the Fly-Fishing Film Tour. This one-time movie showing is being held at the Latchis Theater in Brattleboro on Sept 14 at 6:30 PM. The Film Tour is guaranteed to be a journey of adventure, showcasing the best fly-fishing action throughout the world. The "Film Tour" takes you locally to our own Deerfield River in Massachusetts, but also far, far beyond to fly-fishing hot spots in Cuba, Patagonia, Mexico, Australia, Alaska, Wyoming, and the Deep South.
The Fly-Fishing Film Tour is sponsored by several local non-profits, including the Connecticut River Valley and the Deerfield River Massachusetts Trout Unlimited Chapters, the Deerfield River Watershed Association, and the Connecticut River Conservancy. The Film Tour's primary beneficiary is the soon-to-be federally designated Deerfield River Wild and Scenic River System.
