The third public meeting in the series on "Recovery, Resilience and the Future of Montpelier" will be held on Thursday, September 7th from 6:30 to 9:00 at Montpelier High School. This is the concluding meeting of this series designed as a "Vision and Action Dialogue for all who live, work or care for the future of Vermont's capital city."
The meeting will review the Priority Ideas that have been contributed by the public, consider what's most important, set priorities for action, and promote next steps needed to drive recovery and resilience efforts forward.
The meeting will also be available through Zoom and streamed in live broadcast produced by ORCA Media. Links to the Zoom meeting and live stream will be available on the City of
Montpelier website at www.Montpelier-VT.org.
Participants are invited to review key documents in advance of the session. Documents and other information related to the meeting will be available next week on the forum announcement page on the City's website and on the Montpelier Strong website at
https://www.montpelierstrong.org/ . Childcare will be provided onsite during the forum.
These community meetings on recovery and resilience are designed to think through opportunities; they are not warned City meetings, nor do they create binding decisions on the city, businesses, or residents.
The forums are convened by Montpelier Strong, a partnership of the Montpelier Foundation and Montpelier Alive, in collaboration with the City of Montpelier.
