ADULT BEGINNERS BALLET BARRE WITH PILATES AND YOGA WARM UP

This class is a sixty-minute true Beginners Ballet Barre from Piles to Grande Battements. We will focus on centerline, core, musicality, breath, and correct use of the muscles for the movement. We will start the class with a Pilates and Yoga warm-up focusing on the above principles. This is the class if you always wanted to try Ballet and let your inner dancer out!
