We've got a lot of this summer's honey ready in half gallon glass jars ($48). We're hoping to get some into local kitchens tomorrow to make room here for us to take another crop shortly. Come on over Saturday, Sept 2nd, 11am - 5pm, to pick some up. This high summer honey was made by the bees the week of the flood. It's raw and unfiltered, very sweet, and is a mixture of trefoil and alfalfa, dutch and sweet clover with a little basswood/linden flower. Each jar is just under 6 lbs. of raw honey.
