Evening includes an educational demonstration by our friendly and knowledgable team. We'll keep you fed with small bites from the kitchen during class, and then sit down together to enjoy a family-style meal:

Dirty rice with chicken livers and Creole spices
Braised kale with onion, garlic, and smoke chilis
Nitty Gritty cornbread with maple butter
