WOODBURY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Woodbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday September 19, 2023 with a pre-hearing site visit at 5:00 P.M. Followed by a hearing at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Clerk's Office in South Woodbury for a variance request hearing to consider an appeal of a denial of Bruce Campbell's Application dated July 27, 2023 for the proposed construction of a new 24' x 32' wood shed at 143 Logtown Rd in Woodbury, Vermont. The denial of permit was due to not meeting the required minimum 65' setback from center of road right of way.
A copy of the application for a zoning permit and variance request is available for public review at the Town Clerk's Office in South Woodbury.
