The menu includes Ledgenear Farm (Glover, VT) grass fed Beef Lasagna or Mixed Mushroom & Bechamel Lasagna, Homemade Garlic Focaccia, A Big Salad, Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Fusda Farm Heirloom Tomato & Mozzarella Caprese Salad, Classic Tiramisu, and more. Che buono! After this colorful and hearty feast stick around for a free screening of Fantastic Fungi (2019), a documentary that explores the beauty and intelligence of the magical world of mushrooms!
