The Royalton Planning Commission is making an inventory of our Class 4 roads to note their condition and special qualities. We've organized a series of community walks so that people can become more familiar with these recreation resources. This is the fourth walk. We'll finish the series in September with a walk on the mysterious Lafayette Road.

Please join the walk TODAY on Peperell Road in the northeast corner of town. The walk takes about an hour and a half and includes some wet parts and a steep detour around a bog. Sturdy shoes recommended. Families and kids are welcome, but no dogs, please.

We'll meet at the bandstand on the South Royalton green at 1pm and figure out the ride sharing then.
