Class description:
Would you like to learn more about PFAS? Marguerite Adelman, Coordinator of the Vermont PFAS Coalition, has designed a 2 hour program to help you understand this complex issue as it relates to your local community, Vermont, and the nation. Included in the workshop will be:

-specific information about PFAS in Vermont and in Hinesburg
-how to conduct research in order to find out what contaminants are around you;
-laws and legislation about PFAS in VT and nationally;
-actions that can be taken at the local, state, and national level to restrict PFAS; and
-ways to reduce your and your family's personal risk from PFAS contamination.
