OCDC Forum: "Housing in Our Rural Communities - Challenges and Opportunities"
Sunday, August 27, 3-5 pm, Strafford, Vermont

The Strafford Town Democratic Committee and the Orange County VT Democratic Committee (OCDC) are pleased to announce the annual Vi and Ned Coffin Memorial Forum this year on Sunday, August 27th (3:00 to 5:00 pm) at the Strafford Town House (12 Brook Rd., Strafford, VT 05072). The public and media are invited to hear from our experienced panel and participate in a question and answer period.

The topic of the live forum is "Housing in Our Rural Communities - Challenges and Opportunities" and will be featuring a panel of individuals active in housing development in the Upper Valley and in Vermont. The forum will focus on housing in Orange County and across the Upper Valley, including needs, solutions, successes and current and future efforts

ABOUT THE STRAFFORD TOWN HOUSE
Perched atop a hill at the edge of the town common in Strafford, Vermont, the Town House was constructed in 1799 by local carpenters as a place to do public business and served for a brief period in the early days as a meeting house for various local congregations. The building is one of the oldest meeting houses in Vermont. The Town House is located at 12 Brook Rd., Strafford, Vermont.
