The East Hardwick Neighborhood Organization was gifted a beautiful sunflower quilt as a summer fundraiser. Raffle tickets will be on sale at the Hardwick Farmer's Market on Friday, September 8, 3 - 6 PM. Tickets are $1 ea or 6 for $5. The drawing will be held at the end of September.

The quilt is in the vibrant blue and yellow colors of the Ukrainian flag with a sunflower center panel designed by Ira Kennedy for Moda fabrics. It is 51 inches wide by 59 tall, a good size for a lap quilt or wall hanging. It was designed and made by Gail O'Brien with quilting by Laurie Greaves.
