Voices of Hope and Brattleboro Area Hospice will be honoring "International Opioid Overdose Day" with a Memorial Service to be held Thursday August 31, 2023, 5:30pm at Buzzy Towne Park, S. Main St., Wilmington, VT (parking is available in the lot behind the library). If the weather is inclement, the service will be held at the VOH building at 18 Beaver St. Wilmington, VT.
This is a non-religious service open to all.
We invite everyone whose life has been affected by the loss of a loved one due to substance use and overdose to come and remember loved ones with music, readings, speakers, and a candle ritual. Please bring photos, small mementos, and artwork to be displayed in honor of those who have died.
