Arrive between 5:30 and 6pm for a cocktail hour with a 6pm seating. Chef Michael Clancy has created an incredible menu featuring our regeneratively grown saffron in every course, as well as organic produce and locally grown meats from some of our favorite farms. This is a true farm to plate experience nestled in the hills of Newbury under the canopy of a large party tent, served up at one long table by some of the finest serving staff in the upper valley. There will be cocktail pairings featuring locally distilled spirits, with every course matched perfectly to the dish, at a size intended to lubricate but not intoxicate, mocktail options if prefered. Leah Cordero will be serenading your ears with her gentle melodies as your taste buds are inundated with the flavors of the Upper Valley.
