Please join MakerSphere and Shannon Morrison of N3 Pottery for our Scholarship FUNdraiser; an evening designing your very own ceramic pint tumbler! No experience needed! Fee: $100 includes all tools/materials and refreshments.
Enjoy a fun evening of creativity, socializing with friends and neighbors, and at the same time helping to support the MakerSphere Scholarship Program. Every $250 raised provides two scholarships to community members toward Youth and Adult Art programs.
Carve into a pre-made, wheel-thrown tumbler to create your design beneath the colored clay surface. Your one-of-a-kind drinking vessel is suitable for craft beer, iced tea or your favorite beverage! Attendees will first practice on test tiles and learn about the process and possibilities before carving their piece.
Come tour the Waterbury Center handcrafting and ceramic studios, enjoy snacks and beverages and meet some of our Board members & instructors – all the while supporting important community art programming!
