Crucial areas covered are creel limits, stocking, dams, invasive species, and climate change.
My name is Jake Leamon and I live in Richmond. I graduated from MMU this spring and will be attending Middlebury College in a few weeks. I'm an avid fly fisherman as well as filmmaker. As a way to wrap up my senior year at MMU as well as to raise awareness for cold water species conservation, I have created a film called The Wild Side which combines fly fishing and conservation to advocate for the protection of Vermont's wild trout. Topics covered will include stocking, dams, loss of habitat, creel limits, and more. I have also partnered with Vermont Trout Unlimited for the film. Please join us in Waitsfield at the BIG PICTURE Theatre, Wednesday eve Aug 23.
