Join us at the Johnson Public Library this Saturday, August 23rd, for a Scavenger Hunt and party to celebrate the end of a wildly successful Summer Reading Program! Be there at 11am sharp, because prizes will be awarded for the top two speedy scavengers in each age group who finish the hunt first. We will also award prizes for the top readers in each age group, and to every single child who met their summer reading goals. And of course, the long awaited Raffle drawing will take place so that we can finally find homes for the beautiful play tent and Prisma Delta kites that have lived at the library all summer! We will provide some light refreshments, and parents are invited to bring some along to share as well. Regular library patrons should be advised: the library will be abuzz with ebullient activity from 11-1 on Saturday, so bring earplugs if you are in need of quiet!
