Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Please join us on Sunday, August 27 from 6-7:30 PM for the Black Artist Showcase, which features a brilliant multigenerational array of six spoken word artists of African descent coming to together to honor the ancestors. Their art beautifully shares the triumphs, joys, heartbreaks, and struggles of the Black experience.
Come build community with us and be ready to be moved and inspired by gorgeous music, poetry, and storytelling in the intimate setting of the historic Barn House at the Clemmons Farm.
AND.... We make room for artists to sell their merchandise and retain 100% of their sales, so please support them and purchase something! Bring extra cash or credit cards because you may find music CDs, books of original poetry, hand-made candles, and other great art created by the artists and on sale after this event!
This is an indoor event with participation limited to a maximum of 35 people to intentionally ensure a small, friendly, community-building environment with quality interactions.
Advance registration is required. Register and see additional information at: https://tinyurl.com/CFFBlackArtistsShowcase
