The Ethan Allen Homestead Museum's Monthly Lecture Series presents: "Writing Historic Fiction" by author Angela Moody.

Have you every wondered how authors get published, make a living, or even get started? Do you love reading historic fiction novels? Or maybe you have always wondered how much historical research goes goes into creating a story in an historic setting, or how much of what you're reading truly happened versus fiction. Now is your opportunity to learn from a home-grown Vermonter how she gets inspired, balances a writing schedule, and conducts in-depth historical research -- and then decides how much of that research has to be taken out for the sake of the storytelling.
