extempo Storytelling on Tuesday, August 19, 8 pm (Note the start time!)

extempo fans return to the Old Town Hall at 8 pm on Tuesday for another exciting evening of competitive story-telling, Contestants who have registered with extempoVT.com will tell their personal, rehearsed stories, each lasting 5 to 7.5 minutes. NOTE: There are still a few spots open - local storytellers are especially encouraged to sign up by emailing storytelling@extempoVT.com

Extempo events have been growing in popularity around the state. Even if you are not a contestant, come early and you can sign up to be a juror or timekeeper. And just being in the audience is fun - it may pique your interest to become a contestant.

Admission to this event is by free will donation, to support the maintenance and restoration of the Old Town Hall. This event, sponsored by the Frankenburg Agency of Randolph, is the second event in the Spoken Word Series of Events at the Old Town Hall this summer.
