There will be free books (Shine Only) and free ice cream (Rain or Shine) donated by Stewart's and all being offered to you by the Friends of the Castleton Free Library. The books and ice cream will be in front of your library this Saturday to compliment Castleton's annual Colonial Day Event. Please plan to stop and pick up a few "new to you" books and also get a delicious Stewart's ice cream! Colonial Day is 10-3 (buy your tickets Saturday at the Federated Church) and the free ice cream will be from 2-4 (or until the ice cream runs out) but the books may be out earlier. Just look for the sign by the edge of the road near the library and you will know the free books are out for you.
