Jim Andrews will give a PowerPoint presentation titled: Selected Reptiles and Amphibians of Addison County in Salisbury at their meeting house/congregational church this Wednesday, August 16, at 7 PM. It is free and open to the public. The Salisbury Church/Meeting House is in the center of town. The presentation will last around 1 1/4 hrs. with additional time for questions. Jim will discuss the identification, natural history, and conservation of a selection of the frogs, salamanders, turtles, and snakes found in Addison County. He will also call attention to data gaps that anyone can help fill within Addison County. Jim is a herpetologist who coordinates the Vermont Reptile and Amphibian Atlas, a project based in Salisbury. The presentation has been arranged by the Salisbury Historical Society.
