At least 10 households of the Lyman Meadows townhouse neighborhood (entrance beside Papa Nick's) will be holding yard sales this Saturday, Aug. 19. The weather forecast looks perfect, so come stroll through the neighborhood snatching up deals! Most people will have their items out from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., and some will stay open later. Please do not arrive earlier.

The best option for parking is the spots marked with a "V" for Visitor, but you can also park in any unmarked parking space briefly. Please do not park in spots with a unit letter & number. Also, please only park in parking spaces, not in other random spots. We have a lot of kids in the neighborhood, so please be slow and careful while driving. If you are able (mobility-wise), consider parking in one of the visitor spaces near the start of our development and walking the rest of the way around the neighborhood, to reduce traffic.
