Calling all Ikebanists!

If you've ever practiced Kado or Ikebana (Asian flower arranging) you're invited to participate, regardless of experience, level or expertise.

The Caledonia County Fair, Floral Hall, has created an 'experimental category' for Kado/Ikebana this year.

This is not an Ikebana Show, rather, it's an opportunity to share this lovely flower form, with our greater community.

On Sunday 8/20, there will be a group practice at the Barnet Tradepost and  the arrangements we make will be brought to Lyndonville, for display. Or you can bring your own Ikebana to CCF directly, if you prefer.

*Note: all plant materials must come from a local garden, nothing store bought, nor commercially cultivated are allowed.
