This is just another quick reminder that there will be a multi-family estate/yard sale on Labor Day weekend. The sale will be held on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, September 2-4, from 10:00 - 4:00 PM (no early-birds, please). All proceeds will benefit Neighbor Helping Neighbor.
Most of the items being sold are from homes subject to the FEMA buyout, but there are several items that have been donated from other neighbors. A wide range of furniture, appliances, power tools, gardening supplies, construction supplies, linens, and kitchenware will be available.
In the coming weeks, we'll be adding online information concerning some of the items to be sold, and providing more information about the sale, like the location! Please consider setting an hour or so aside on that weekend to visit us and help this cause. Who knows, you may find that special something you've always wanted! You'll almost certainly bump into a neighbor! And you'll definitely be helping your neighbors as you help yourself.
