"Noursish yourself with the healing sounds of gongs, crystals, drums, hand-pan, tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, and harmonium. Relax, let go, and breath in peace. Sound healing supports your nervous system to clear and let go of tension, stress, bracing or holding within the body.

Intentions will be set for the new moon. Please bring blankets, mats and bolsters, whatever you need to lay down comfortably on the floor. There would be some mats and bolsters available at the space, if needed.
