New Moon Circle: Visioning in Leo at Sangha Studio

Past event
Aug 18, 2023, 7 to 8 PM

New Moon Circle is a collective-care practice offered each month and centered around the energy of the month's new moon. This community-based container offers our sangha a chance to gather, share, and commune around the new moon. Led by Claire Pascal and featuring guest Sangha teachers - each circle offers it's own spiritual practices catered to the themes for that month.

Each circle opens with a breath and movement practice followed by a workshop using different magickal modalities. Tap in to your inner witch and join us in this practice.

The August new moon in Leo will focus on visioning and harnessing the power of the new moon in this powerful manifestation practice. We will take stock of our present mental space through mind mapping exercises and manifest our goals by putting intentions to paper as we create vision boards together. This guided workshop will be led by Niamh O'Connor. Please bring old magazines, glue and any other photographic materials you might like to use in your visioning! We will also provide materials as well!

About Claire + Niamh

Claire is a green witch who has been learning and practicing magick for 8 years. Her magickal interests include tarot, astrology, candle magick, herbology and animism.

Since 2017, Niamh has been using the New Moon to reset through Mind Mapping. Mind Mapping helps her to see where she is at, whats taking up the most space in her mind versus what she want to be working towards. Vision Boarding has been an incredibly fruitful practice for her to tap into her subconscious. Being able to express herself visually without judgement or second thoughts helps breakdown the noise in her mind. She's been leading this exercise with a small group of friends in her living room for the last 6 months and she's found that practicing in community heightens their commitment to themselves and connections to each other. Niamh says "often times we don't know what is eating us until we're pushed to see it on paper."
