I just viewed Peter and Mary Beth Watt's darling house on McKinley St. In Montpelier. Not so tiny, but less than 1000 square feet. They built it on the footprint of their old garage.
It's construction will be viewed on ORCA, I believe, this coming Wed. Night. Check the listings.
