3. Ken Martin - Conditional Use Home Occupation - 17-21-03.000: For a business providing bus transportation services (and the on-site parking of business vehicles), located at 64 Major Street in the Shoreline Zoning District.
4. Andy Miller/Bill Lippert/Enrique Peredo – 11-01-31.000: Development on a Private Right-of-Way application to create a shared access for two properties from a proposed 50-foot right-of-way at 2751 Baldwin Road in the Agricultural Zoning District. Continued from August 1st DRB Meeting.
5. Extension Requests
•• James Donovan & Patricia O'Donnell – 17-22-62.300: Preliminary plan application for a 3-lot subdivision was approved on 9/6/22 and will expire on 9/6/23.
6. Decision Deliberation:
•• Chittenden Solid Waste District (CSWD) - 09-02-20.000: Site plan to increase the hours of operation to include Wednesdays from 8:00AM to 3:30PM and for a proposed sign to be shared with the Town Highway Maintenance Facility on the Town property located at 907 Beecher Hill Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Public hearing closed on August 1, 2023.
•• Gayle Erdman & Doug Gardner - 04-01-21.480: Subdivision revision to modify a building envelope for a property located at 2555 Shelburne Falls Road in the Agricultural Zoning District. Public hearing closed on August 1, 2023.
•• PR&R Development LLC – 09-01-69.100: Preliminary plat application for an eight-lot subdivision of a 61.26-acre property located on Observatory Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Public hearing closed on August 1, 2023.
