Everyone is welcome whether you are coming from a religious tradition or from a desire to reduce stress or cope with chronic pain. We start with a short reading from a religious tradition or a psychology and meditate for 25 minutes and close with a prayer or poem or reading. We have relocated and changed days of the week.
