- Review, discuss, and potentially approve Committee Policy document including schedule of meetings (date/times) and discuss/decide on meetings duration
- Review, discuss, and potentially approve conflict of interest policy

- Open Meeting Law Overview
- Presentation on ARPA funds, eligible work, opportunities, etc.

- Discuss/decide on when/duration of public participation
