Join me outside Stowe Cider on the Lawn in Stowe for Gentle Yoga with Sound Bath on Wednesday August 9 from 5:00-6:30 pm sliding scale suggested donation of $10-$25 paid by cash or Venmo @cosmic-brooke. All ages and levels welcomed, even kids. Stay after for food and drinks at Stowe Cider if you would like!

Class begins with a brief meditation and breath tune in, followed by gentle movement ending with a 25 minute Sound Bath. If you can make it in time for class to begin, show up anytime, or even just for the end part of the Sound if you can't make it until then!

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, something comfy to lay on, a blanket and eye covering.
