Join the Westmore Association for the Recital of Beautiful Melodies, with Josiah Girardin on French Horn.

The program will include Classical, Broadway, and original music including a Sonata composed by his brother David. Josiah participated in the Massachusetts All-State in 2022 and 2023 at Boston Symphony Hall and has played First Horn with the Cape Cod Youth Symphony. He studies French Horn with Clarke Matthews of the Boston Pops and Boston Ballet Orchestra. Josiah is the grandson of retired local music teachers Marie (Girardin) Anderson and the late David Girardin. His father Mark, who also is a music teacher, grew up in Orleans and will accompany on piano and guitar. Josiah will be studying music and linguistics at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst this fall.
