On Saturday, Sept. 6, Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District will hold a Paint, Batteries, and Fluorescent Bulb Collection at the Bradford Town Garage, 9 am – 1 p.m. This event is FREE for any CVSWMD resident.
These programs are funded through Extended Producer Responsibility programs; staff and equipment costs are subsidized by CVSWMD.
Please follow these guidelines for the PBF collection:
• Paint must be in identifiable cans. All paints & stains (except spray paint) will be accepted as long as the original label is still present. If label is missing take to a HHW collection. Paint thinners and solvents also go to HHW collections.
• Non-alkaline battery ends must be taped or the batteries must be individually bagged for safety reasons.
• Broken bulbs should be double bagged.
