On Wednesday August 16 from 5:30-7pm, join us for DIY Herbal Oils & Salves! Oils and salves are fantastic (and simple!) ways to preserve herbs for the inevitable bumps and bruises life brings us.
In this workshop, local Clinical Herbalist and herb farmer Sarah Shaw will guide participants in making their own herb-infused oils and salves.
Attendees will explore some common skin-supporting herbs and simple tips for how to make your own topical salves at home. Each participant will leave with their own handmade salve created with locally sourced ingredients (materials provided) and some exciting recipe ideas.
