Join Kim Muncil for a journey through the Chakras. This yoga series invites you to look more clearly, honestly, and non-judgmentally at your own inner experience as we move through yoga sets and meditations focusing on each of the 7 chakras or energy centers in the body.

The chakras are used as a guide to move through the steps of self-actualization and exploration of the human psyche. Although each class will build on the classes prior, you can still glean much from participating in just some or even one class in the series.

No need to register.
No experience necessary.
