The monthly meeting of the E. Montpelier and Calais Historical Societies has been changed to Friday, August 18 at the Old Brick Church in E. Montpelier Village at 7:00 p.m. The groups along with the Williamstown Historical Society will host author Carleton Young who will share his true story about two brothers in the Civil War based on his book "Voices in the Attic: The Williamstown Boys in the Civil War." The program is accessible, open and free to all though donations will be gratefully received. There will NOT be a potluck meal preceding the meeting.
