Free Mediation Workshop at the Library

On Wednesday August 20th, Kathleen Moore and I will present the final free workshop in our series, "Charting a Happier Path in a Chaotic World." Kathleen and I both have our masters degrees in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies; we have both worked as coaches for the Woodbury/Champlain mediation program since we graduated in 2007; we both regularly work as facilitators; and, we both have continued to pursue our studies on human behavior. So we're both ready for this last session called, "Trying to change the world? Mediators and facilitators can help you do better work." Whether it's in your work as a volunteer or within an organization, you can still bump up against some challenging dynamics. We'll share how mediation, facilitation, and appreciative inquiry might help shift the dynamics so you and your colleagues can all do your best work. The workshop is at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier, from noon till 1:00. Hope to see you there!
