Join me and your neighbors every Sunday from 9-10 am and Thursdays from 6-7pm at Saxon Hallow Park on the basketball court for yoga. Adaptable and available for all skill level ages and abilities.
Some mats, blocks and chairs will be provided but feel free to bring a mat and blanket of your own.
*classes will not run if it's raining or has rained and the court is wet.
