Fellowship of the Wheel (FOTW) will be leading a volunteer trail night in Richmond to help reclaim some of the flooding damage to the Richmond River Trail. FOTW is a non-profit that builds and maintains sustainable multi-use singletrack for human-powered recreation in Chittenden County, Vermont. Work will be performed to remove debris and sand from the trail as an effort to bring it closer to re-opening.
This trail is widely used by walker, runners, mountain bikers, gravel/bike packers, horses, anglers, kayakers and river floaters. The FOTW trail crew will be helping lead volunteers to get the trail back in operation. Join us this Wednesday at the Cochran's Ski Area lower parking lot in Richmond at 5:30pm with plans to hit the trail shortly after!
