Join Amy (she/her) to explore a variety of approaches to common yoga shapes, breath practices, and stumbling blocks. We will practice accessible sequences and end with a guided meditation. We believe that body size does not limit your ability to practice yoga and that understanding your tools and options can empower you to build and maintain a nourishing practice. Please bring your questions and insights!
This is an affinity space offering for folks in fat bodies. This workshop is suitable for all-levels.
If joining from home, please have blocks, bolster, strap (or appropriate substitutes), a chair, and prepare to practice in a space with an accessible wall.
