Melissa Laurita Kohl will teach a hands-on pasta making workshop and at the end, participants will enjoy a meal together! Melissa Laurita Kohl makes pasta with herbs - specifically herbs with medicinal properties to create food that is nourishing and potentially healing as well! Apologies for the date change, but our team thought this workshop with the addition of Melissa's amazing knowledge would be twice as fun, twice as interesting, and twice as delicious! Participants will share a light meal. Children are welcome to accompany adults. Grow Your Own is a project of the Hardwick Area Food Pantry and the Center for an Agricultural Economy. The mission of Grow Your Own is to increase food independence, better health and wellbeing through shared knowledge and experience. Donations can be made online for those who wish to contribute, but workshops are always free for anyone who wishes to participate.
