Breathwork with Ashley Hodgetts

Past event
Aug 15, 2023, 7 to 8 PM

Your breath has the power to change your life. Our breath is not only connected to our physical health, but also our mental, emotional and spiritual health. Although breathing is a natural way of life, overtime we subconsciously tighten, lessen and narrow our breath, which can have a lasting and significant impact on our overall wellness.

Through conscious breathing, we have the power to heal, expand and promote our health and wellness. Conscious breathing has been proven to not only reduce stress and promote harmony within, but also improve cardiovascular health, respiratory health, boost immunity, help with anxiety and depression among many other things. It is my mission to help guide others on a journey towards healing, a return to who they've always been and a deep knowing of the power within them. During a guided breathwork session, you will be supported in expanding your awareness of your breath to bring together your mind, body and spirit.

During a breathwork session, you will be guided, supported and held on a journey towards healing, better understanding of self and a better well-being.

Your breath has the power to heal, it's simply about using it in a way that optimizes your health: mind, body and spirit.

Join me, Ashley Hodgetts, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator to learn how to fully connect with your breath, body, and true essence.
