Greetings! My name is Prema and I am a licensed & insured yoga instructor in our area. I would like to invite interested Yogis to my Sangha with some upcoming opportunities.

Baby & Caregiver Yoga! Held at Bee Well Homestead 513 Depot Street Jamaica, Vermont 05343. This is a three part series starting August 1st and again, the 8th and 15th from 10:00am to 11:00am. Each series will be broken down into parts: Building a foundation, Bonding through movement & Nurturing Mind & Body.

Community Yoga! Starting this Wednesday @ 5pm. Join us for an outdoor, all levels fluid style yoga held at Trollhaugen Farm 15 Grout road Newfane Vermont.
