Through a collaboration with Brandon Rec and Friends of Town Hall, Aikido Classes continue to be offered at Brandon's Historic Town Hall for both adults and youth on Monday nights throughout the summer.
5PM -- Youth Aikido Classes (ages 6-14)
6PM -- Adult Aikido Classes (ages 13-up)

Aikido is a Japanese martial art wherein the focus on on working with with a partner (not an opponent) to create a technique together. Then we switch roles and create the technique again, the other way. In this study we build our understanding of relationships and finding the best way to fit with life's challenges.
