Dance to raise love and money for flood recovery with Central Vermont Ecstatic Dance. Every body is welcome! Trance out and shake it in this self-guided dance experience following a "wave" of global beats and grooves. Explore what moves you in a non-judgmental, community-held, substance-free environment. $5 - $50 donation (or more! or less!) to raise money for flood relief efforts.

We dance every Friday from 7-9pm, normally in the Taplin Auditorium at Christ Church on State Street in Montpelier, and temporarily at Capital City Grange, which is kindly offering their space to us by donation while the church is recovering.
