Are you interested in a de-escalation training, free of charge, on Sunday September 10, starting with a light meal at 10:30 and ending at 3 pm. Although it is happening at our church at 35 Church street in Barre, it i no a religious event. We are simply developing our skills at handling crises, and want to include the community.

Participants will gain skills and knowledge to help them better indenify who is at risk of becoming violent as well as what the behavioral signs are that someone may be potentially assaultive. Participants will learn skills and techniques that can help to de-escalate high intensity situations verbally.
