Want to try an instrument that is fun and easy to play? Join Julie Stepanek at Brooks Memorial Library as she shows the fundamentals of ukulele playing. No experience necessary. Ukuleles provided- or bring your own! This program is for everyone ages 8 and older- teens and grownups welcome! There is a strict limit of 24 participants and pre-registration is required. "This summer's library program theme is 'All Together Now' and music is a wonderful way to bring people of all ages together." said Youth Services Librarian Lindsay Bellville. This free program will be held in the Community Meeting Room located next to the Children's Room. 'Learn to play the Ukulele' is presented by the Friends of Brooks Memorial Library and the Children's Room at Brooks Memorial Library which is located at 224 Main Street in Brattleboro.
