"A slow flow with reiki and live music, on the roof at sunset. Need we say more? This class will offer the opportunity to unwind from your rambling with slow and mindful movements, coupled with reiki and live music to fill the air (and your soul!) Our goal is to create an intentional pause in your day to ground you into the present with stretchy poses and soft, ethereal melodies.
We feel inspired to synchronize our love for yoga, live music and each other into one offering. My yoga style tends to be slower and stretchy flows with intentional transitions, which blends really sweetly with Django's ethereal guitar playing. We feel passionately about giving people an energetically grounding, but uplifting experience."
