Our World Wine Dinner series continues this month with a "tour" of Chile and Argentina on Thursday, July 20, led by our culinary and viticultural talents Chef Jacob Ennis and Sommelier Tunney King. Enjoy Corvina Ceviche, Tomatoes Rellenos, Tamales Salteños, Carne Asada with Chimichurri, Cordero al Palo (lamb), and Alfajores Milhojas (the best dulce de leche you've ever tasted). The wines will include a Pipeno, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Carignan, and Torrontes.
