Join Adventure Dinner on Sat, July 29th for a genuine farm-to-table feast presented by two brilliant chefs, Chef James Kitchens (Adventure Dinner) and Chef Breana Lai Killeen at Killeen Crossroads Farm! This very special 4-course dinner features vegetables, eggs, and animals raised right there on the farm with a nod to Breana's Jewish and Chinese heritage.
The evening will kick off with a refreshing aperitivo cocktail served from their 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser turned bar—a perfect sip to have in your hand as you tour the fields, learning about the innovative and sustainable agricultural practices the Killeens use for raising chickens, cows, veggies and fruit.
Take a seat at the long tables set by the open-air kitchen for a multi-course feast cooked over open flames perfectly paired with wine and cocktails (delightful non-alcoholic pairings available upon request.)
